Located in the heart of Maroochydore, our locally-owned and community-focussed studio thrives on small group training in an inclusive and judgement-free zone. Whether you're here to get stronger, improve your health or move better, we have the class to suit your needs.

With no mirrors, our focus is to provide specific and individualised training within a small group environment. Our trainers are experienced with people of all ages and abilities, everyone is welcome! Over 100 sessions per week means there is always a class to suit.

Julia specialises in a number of fields including strength, rehabilitation and boxing. 

Tony

As a Trade Qualified Chef and Nutritionist, Tony excels at merging this knowledge alongside decades of experience in physical training.

Tony preaches the benefits of diet, mobility and functional movement to maintain a youthful lifestyle.

Edward

With a strong focus on healthy aging, Ed is dedicated to improving quality of life through movement and exercise.

Ed specialises in chronic condition management, working closely alongside the NDIS.

Kara

Kara's background in nutrition and overall wellness is demonstrated through her unwavering passion for our members.

Specialising in a range of training styles, Kara has you covered from Yoga and Nutrition to High Intensity training.
